Hannah Dillis, Recreation Couselor

Hannah is a 2015 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Lesley University with a Bachelor of Science in Counseling. Hannah is no stranger to youth development, spending the last four years at Camp Wing Day Camp and most recently at Crossroads for Kids’ C5 leadership program in Lapham MA. Hannah loves the continuity the DSU offers to students during the school year and working with them to build relationships, try new activities and enjoy the education that comes from the outdoors.
Hannah‘s favorite foods are sushi, Turkey Gobbler sandwiches from Cravings, and basically anything from French Memories or Far Fars. A resident of Hingham, Hannah is still finding out about all the great things Duxbury has to offer.
Hannah‘s favorite hobbies include hiking, camping, and climbing and loves to share those passions with kids. Being creative outdoors and indoors is another big hobby and she enjoys writing, making jewelry, painting, and photography (and really anything in between). She also enjoys her Corgi, who thinks he’s a big dog, even if he is built like a footstool. Fun facts about Hannah‘s dog, he knows how to “bow” on command, and is scared of her pet rabbit. Hannah‘s  favorite colors are turquoise/aqua/teal, she is inexplicably scared of goats & when in middle school had a dream to have a sled dog team and compete in the Iditarod (Balto was her favorite movie for a long time). It could still happen!!
