Honoring Duxbury Traditions

Duxbury is a wonderful place to live and DSU loves to motivate even the youngest residents to participate in time honored traditions like the Duxbury July 4th Parade and Duxbury Business Association’s “Holly Days” event.

We also make it a point to create NEW traditions and nurture community partnerships engaging an army of enthusiastic young people in volunteer capacity at events like our 2013 Duxapalooza Music Festival and Carnival honoring the late Paul Fortini; our 2014 Food for Thought event getting kids and families thinking about healthy choices and shopping locally grown produce; supporting the 2014 Duxbury Triathalon, 2014 Frozen Family Movie Night and Summer Concert on the Lawn with Duxbury Senior Center.
